REGISTRATION
1.Registration form can be obtained from the school office on any working day and should be submitted within three days from the date of issue duly completed in all respect.
2. The candidate will have to go through the relevant selection process.
3.intimation regarding admission will be put up on the notice board within a week time of test/meeting .
ATTENDANCE & LEAVE
1. A minimum of 80% attendance is compulsory. Thus, a student who does not obtain 80% attendance for a particular academic session shall not be permitted to appear in the examination nor shall he/she be eligible for promotion.
2. Leave to the pupil for absence is granted only on a application addressed to the Principal through the class teacher submitted in time (definitely the same day or the next day in unavoidable circumstances) dully forwarded by the parent/guardian.
3. The period of leave with reason should also be recorded in the pupil's diary by the parent with signature.
4. In case of illness, a Medical Certificate must be attached with the application. Long absence except in case of illness will not be granted normally.
5. If a pupil remains absent from the school for three consecutive days from the day of reopening without forwarding leave application in writing his/her name will be struck off the rolls. If a pupil gets absent from the school for ten consecutive days without leave application, his/her name will be removed from the school rolls.
6. Attendance is compulsory on National holidays such as Independence Day, Republic Day and on special days such as Teacher's Days, Children Days, Opening and Closing Days of the terms.
7. During class hours pupils will not be allowed to go home or elsewhere. In case of some emergent cases the parent of the student will have to come personally to take his ward.
STUDENTS TASK DIARY (ALMANAC)
The school provides every student with a student's task diary. This contains information on school songs, prayers, pledges etc. which are rehearsed everyday in the morning assembly.
Since it is always not possible for parents to have a physical meeting with teacher every now and then, the student's diary can act as a powerful tool for communication between school and parents. Parents are therefore, advised to refer to the student's dairy on a daily basis and use it for communication with the school Principal and teacher.

Summer: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Winter: 9:30 am to 3:30 pm
VISITING HOURS FOR PARENTS
The school would always desire parents to maintain a close rapport with the teachers, Parents are advised to meet the respective class/subject teachers on the Saturday of every month between 10:00 am to 11:00 am Meeting with teachers on any other day will be strictly by prior appointment only. However the parents may meet the principal on working days between 10:00 to 12:00 am.
RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE PARENTS
1. Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities by ensuring that the children observe punctuality and discipline, prepare their lessons and take an active part in the activities of the school.
2. Parents should regularly check the school calendar, the assessment and home work given and sign report recorded by the teacher.
3. Parent's/Guardians are requested to be in constant touch with the school to have a clear knowledge of their ward's progress in studies. They must by all means attend the parent- teacher meeting to consult with the teachers regarding their children's overall development.
4. Parents are not allowed to interview the teacher in the class-room or in the staff-room, without the permission of the Principal. Those who wish to seek information or any suggestion may do it during the parent-Teacher meeting. Those who wish to make any complaint about their children's education or other matters should do so to the Principal, and not to the class teacher.
5. Parents/guardians shall not go to the class rooms during the school hours nor call them out of the class. In the case of any necessity they may contact at the office.
6. When a student is likely to be absent owing to illness for a long period, the Principal must be informed through an application for leave supported by Medical Certificate within a week, failure to do so will result in the child's name being removed from the school roll.
7. The principal or teacher may punish a pupil for habitual idleness, disobedience or misconduct, indiscipline, not preparing the lessons etc. by suspension or removal without assigning, any reason for the action.
8. The school authorities are not responsible for the safety of a student after the school hours. Necessary arrangements must therefore be made to take the children home immediately after the class.
9. The one who signs in the admission form of the students will be responsible for the student and is supposed to contact the school for the Parent-Teacher meeting or for any other purpose. If the student does not reside with the parents, the parents will have to introduce the guardian or the person in charge to the Principal. The school will not accept any other person to represent the guardian.
INSTRUCTION TO STUDENTS
1. In your dress and behavior keep a sense of self-respect Right behavior is the expression of fine character and good personality.
2. Be simple in your ways and words.
3. Avoid using indecent language.
4. Courtesy begets courtesy. Make use of words 'please' and 'thanks' more often. If you have to criticize, do not be destructive, but be constructive and positive.
5. In all your dealings with others be polite and obliging. Always try to be a good companion help others and hurt nobody.
6. Respect your elders and teachers, Whenever you meet them greet them as a gesture of respect and love.
7. Be polite and helpful to the strangers coming to the school.
8. No exemption shall be given from the school programmes and functions. Every students is supposed to take part and co-operate in the various school activities such as cultural programmes; sport and games, drill etc.
9. Students are exhorted to make use of the library and Reading Room. Books and periodicals must be carefully handled and kept neat and tidy.
10. No cash or other expensive articles such mobile, camera, pager, motorcycle, etc. should be brought to school.
FORM OF DISCIPLINARY MEASURES
A. The following disciplinary measures may be adopted by the school authorities in dealing with erratic pupils who indulge in any of the forbidden practices.

4. Rustication
B. The Principal of the school may warn or impose a fine on the pupil under intimation to his parents or local guardian.
